  Lovely staff and a professional and caring atmosphere. They looked after my little one like he was their own and always kept me in the loop. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

  Staff member ignored us for several minutes while she looked all around the desk in front of us. After failing to find whatever she was looking for she finally acknowledged our existence and we were taken through to see our critically ill pet. While there, we heard staff making snide remarks about another pet owner. Later, when attending to a cat, they were heard to remark upon how hideous the cat was. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I can only imagine how badly they behave when they are not being observed. Uncaring staff, working in the wrong profession. I have no confidence in the staff at this clinic.

  Many thanks to Drs Anna,Alexias and Nick and the nursing staff for looking after our little Maltese cross,Chloe ,and getting her back to health,all so caring and compassionate.A special mention also to Sarah ,Simon and Paige who were always so welcoming.

  ALways available to help and answer questions. Even when they are fully booked, they insist we bring our dog in for a check over if we have a concern.
